When you use the booking form, the contact form, WhatsApp or the telephone number on this site, we may receive: your name, country, WhatsApp or phone number, the service you are interested in, your preferred consultation time, and any free‑text description of your situation that you choose to provide. We do not collect payment card details on this website — consultation fees are arranged privately during your session.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a consultation, conduct your spiritual session, and follow up with you about your case. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers, advertisers, data brokers, or any unrelated third parties.
Confidentiality
All consultations and the information shared in connection with them are treated in strict confidence. Anything you tell Sheikh Kareem during a consultation, by WhatsApp, or via these forms is kept private to him.
Where your information is stored
Form submissions made through this website are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and stored in their submissions dashboard which only Sheikh Kareem can access. WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp / Meta under their own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information only for as long as necessary to provide the service you requested and to follow up on your case. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.
Your rights
